This account has been dead for weeks... because i'm too busy and lazy but now i have something to share to you all!! ahaha.. we are eorking on our beatmania costumes and we needed to dye our wigs the right color..

here is to explain

WHAT YOU NEED

A flat and wide paintbrush

---

Printer ink! The primary colors will do as long as you know the basic color combinations.

A comb
Containers
GLOVES! BEWARE! If you get printer ink on your skin, it'll stay for a while. Trust us. We learned the hard way.
Newspaper or any kind of cover for your workplace


HOW TO DO IT

By mixing the primary colors, get your desired color. Take note that the color will turn lighter when it dries on the wig.
Take a sample of the wig and try on the mixture.

If you get the right color, start working on the wig itself. To avoid uneven coloring, prepare a large amount of the mixture.

Using your flat and wide brush, color the outermost layer of the wig. Comb the wig once in a while, to avoid clumping up.

Start at the roots (does it have a root?) of the wig and work your way down. It's easier that way.

After coloring the outermost layer, turn the wig inside-out and start working on the layers below.
Repeat the procedure until you cover the whole wig.

Let it dry. And don't go poking it while it's still wet. And don't wash it if you're not sure that the ink will hold.

AND DON'T I REPEAT DON'T WEAR IT WHILE IT IS STILL WET, OR YOU'LL REGRET IT... YOU'LL HAVE FIRST DEGREE BURNS!!!!

Here are the finished products.. the orange one was originally white and the dark green one was originally blinding neon green..

Note: the models asked that their identification be top secret..
